Main technical force

  There are 200 staff in our enterprise, including 89 engineers and technicians, the personnel above technical college accounts for 38%. The technical personnel directly engaged in the research and development are 65 people, senior engineers accounts for above 20%.

  The personnel on researches and develops have been engaged in the design and craft aspect of the automobile transmission gearbox as the technical backbone for many years, they are experts having prominent contribution in the Chinese gear profession, as good as the leader of technical innovation.

  The corporate design software system is international advanced CAD/CAE/CAT integration software, has the comprehensive system function of design, analysis, simulation, processing, digital prototype simulation experiment and so on, having provided powerful guarantee to the product development quality.

Main production equipment

  There are existing 260 sets equipment in our company, containing numerical control equipment 180sets, check-out facility 30sets. Essential equipment includes high-precision CNC hobbing machine, slotting machine, shaving; laser welding machine, spline rolling machine, AICLIN heat treatment production line; NC hole, Cylindrical Grinder; Flexible assembly lines.
